Every engagement follows a three-phase framework, built through hands-on work with independent schools, camps, and their programs.

Phase 1: Strategy Audit your current social media presence, define your goals, identify your audiences, and build a strategy tailored specifically to your organization. This becomes the foundation everything else builds on.

Phase 2: Education and Planning Strategy becomes usable. I work directly with your team, virtually or onsite, to teach them how social media actually works, how to create content that captures attention, and how to tell your story in a way that moves people to act. Your team leaves with a clear, actionable content plan.
Phase 3: Ongoing Support Consistency and growth take hold. We review performance, refine the strategy, and build forward month by month based on what your audience is actually responding to. Your team gains confidence and clarity over time.

This is strategic partnership, not content production. Your team executes. I give them a clear plan, consistent feedback, and a thinking partner who understands your organization.

Most clients move into this after completing the Strategy Package.
